Thank you so much to everyone involved in the wonderful farewell to my Big Nana today. She would have been so thrilled with all the kind words and lovely tributes both at the service today and on this page, and thanks to Hannah and Louis for attending in what are such difficult times for a family so widespread as ours. PS I've no idea why she was always referred to as Big Nana by Chris and I (maybe because our other nanny was a particularly small person) but she never seemed to mind!
